Jeremy Cramer and Eric Duncan were great RV specialists. We are replacing the family RV for something special just for the spouse and I. Jeremy and Eric helped us find an amazing fit. Jeremy shipped a rig for us to look at from another location, helped us looking at options and exploring floor plans. Eric was easy and open to our "what about that one?" as we walked in the lot. The team here was excellent in providing information, helping us think through wants, needs, and balanced against desires… we are buzzing excited for the next phase of RV outdoor adventure. We had looked at other dealerships and hadn't found exactly what we were looking for in a travel trailer. Michelle, our sales rep, was fantastic and went the extra mile to help us find the best fit for our family. She showed us several models and kept our budget and towing capacity in mind. There was no pressure to buy. Another dealership gave us a very low ball offer on our trade in, but Poulsbo RV gave us a very fair price for our used trailer. We drove over 2 hours to buy a trailer from Poulsbo RV, and it was totally worth it.

Best buying experience ever. The finance personel were exceptional. The sales staff were professional and very helpful. Service staff were thorough and very knowledgeable on the motorhome we purchased and provided a great walkthrough on all the features and systems on the RV. Amazing!!

Bought a new trailer here the beginning of 2025. My sales person I believe Mike was great and so was the finance guy. And in for service last year and this year, I thought the people did very good – the two gals at service desk. And this week, especially working with Anneka(sp?)Who seemed to be very knowledgeable and smiling toward the end of the day, even though she was zipping around the parking lot in the rain.

Had the best experience!! My husband and I happened to show up during the big sale and what amazing luck and service we got!!!! Our sales guy Randy went above and beyond showing us everything that was in our towing range. His team behind him also went above and beyond more than we could have asked for!!! We felt like family there. I will be referring any and everyone here. Beyond happy!!

Went in to have our RV checked out for the season. Was told it would take 45-60 minutes. Done in less than 30 minutes and we were back on the road feeling confident about this camping season. Professional and friendly. Great place for service.
